Description

THE GOVERNMENT REQUIRES 13,500 RENTABLE SQUARE FEET OF WAREHOUSE/LIGHT INDUSTRIAL/GARAGE SPACE; The U.S. Government presently occupies space under a lease that expires at the end of January, 2005. Relocation will be considered if the economics involved and other factors are supportive. The cost of moving, alterations, current lease liabilities, occupant agency mission, among other items, will be considered when deciding whether or not to relocate. The delineated area is within a 3 mile radius of the Central Business District of Boston to include Everett, Chelsea, Revere, East Cambridge, Somerville, East Boston, Charlestown, and South Boston. The term of the lease will be five years firm.
