Description
The Marine Corps Systems Command at Quantico, VA intends to negotiate and award a sole source modification to Contract No. M67854-04-C-2007 with Coalescent Technologies Corporation, 7 N. Garland Ave., Orlando, FL 32801 for training, test and integration support, and publications for one (1) AN/TPS-59(V)3B Radar Environmental Simulator (RES), in support of a Foreign Military Sale to the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Coalescent Technologies Corporation has designed and is producing the RES II for the AN/TPS-59 Radar System in support of the U.S. Marine Corps and for the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The contractor shall conduct all activities necessary to develop and implement the required courses of instruction, provide test and acceptance support as anticipated to be required in Syracuse, NY and at the radar site in Bahrain, and shall provide technical manuals that fully support the operation and maintenance of the RES equipment. The RES is the test support equipment that will provide the FMS customer with a capability to inject simulated Air Breathing Targets, Tactical Ballistic Missile targets, clutter, and interference into the radar?s data processing stream. No solicitation documents exists, but parties who believe they are capable of meeting this requirement are encouraged to submit a statement of capabilities to the Contracting Officer at the address above. The government will not pay for any information received and the information will only be used by the government in considering whether to conduct a competitive acquisition.
