Description

This solication is being issued for U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa, Japan currently, seeking to acquire commerical services IAW FAR part 12 and 13.5 to perform medical transcription services for the patient admin department at USNH Okinawa. Contractor will be expected to provide all managerial, supervisory, and support personnel for medical transcription services to be performed at the Contractor?s facility in support of USNH Okinawa. Complete details of services and qualifications will be provided in the statement of work (SOW). The performance period is a base year and four one year options, from date of award through 30 Sep 2009 if all options are exercised. This is 100% small business setaside under NAICS Code is 561410. The related Small Business Size Standard is $6 million. This will be a Request for Quote. Award will be made on based upon Best Value to the government in accordance with FAR 15 using Price Performance Trade-Off (PPTO). The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low proposed offer. The government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation package. Facsimile, telephone, written, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored.
