Only Georgia Tech Research Institute, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA 30332, CAGE Code: 1G474, has the expertise to satisfy the agency's requirement without unnecessary cost and schedule impacts. Justification for other than full and ope n competition is FAR 6.302-2; Industrial mobilization; engineering, developmental, or research capability; or expert services.
