- Solicitation for NSN 6130-01-414-7803, YPG04287001537, Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Cage 04939, Part Number 04939. The only approved source for this item is Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Cage 04939. Any other manufacturer wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. This is a Firm Fix Price requirement for a quantity of 9 each. The required delivery is 180 days after receipt of order, FOB origin inspection/acceptance origin. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this NSN. DO NOT call DSCR-VABA for drawing information. If you are not currently in the item description, you must provide a complete technical data package for review and approval. Final contract decision will be based on price, past performance, and other factors as so stated in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 18 November 2004. It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order against a Basic Ordering Agreement. Notes 9, 22 and 26 apply.
