Description

The US Army Corps of Engineers (COE), Portland District, intends to award a contract for Nonpersonal Services. The contractor will be responsible for editing copy and laying out the Corpspondent on a schedule to allow for printing and distribution t o readers by the first full week of each month. Each issue of the Corpspondent averages 12 to 16 pages; some issues, however, may be as short as eight pages or as long as 20 pages. In addition to the print layout, the contractor will be responsible for la ying out the Corpspondent in an electronic, web-based magazine format for use on the Corps website. The Public Affairs Office (PAO) will be responsible for all printing and electronic posting to the Corps website. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issue d on or about 1 November 2004 and the quote due date is on or about 19 November 2004 by 4:00 p.m. pacific time. Faxed copies of quotes will not be accepted. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Request interested firms to register for a copy of the RFQ on CDRom at our website https://www.nwp.usace.army.mil/ebs.
