Description

The Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a need for an Indefinite Delivery Contract for Building and Grounds Maintenance Services, Tionesta Lake, Tionesta, Pennsylvania. Some of the services include grass mowing, pesticide application, mulch ing, cleaning of office/restroom/picnic areas, solid waste removal, and raw sewage removal. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses (NAICS Code is 561210 - $30 Million). The period of performance will be from 1 March 2005 (or date of awar d, whichever is later) through 28 February 2006, with four one-year option periods. The Invitation For Bid (IFB) will be available after approximately 15 November 2004 on-line only (see our Internet address below), therefore, requests for the IFB and/or s pecifications will not be honored.
