Description

The item to procure is the System Control Module, NSN 4240-01-333-3919, P/N 5-19-9118 which consists of control panel assy, housing module, lithium battery, port connector, bulkhead reducer, protective cap, ID plate, mach screws and self-locking hex nut. End item is M93 Gas-Particulate Filter Unit. Solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Quantity is 16 each with a 100% option. FOB is Destination. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provid ed via the internet. Vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare a bid or proposal are instructed to request same by submission of an email request to: tacom-ri-tdp@ria.army.mil. Any said requests should contain the following information; CAGE Code (if a vailable), Company Name, Point of Contact (optional), Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Telephone Number. A TDP will be provided by normal mail after the solicitation has been released to the internet. Estimated issue date is 16 Nov 2004. The above listed response date is only an estimate. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.
