Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items as a Brand Name or Equal in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.211-6 (Aug 1999). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for a Request for Proposal (RFP) and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued a s 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
