- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number FA4600-04-T-0003 is issued as a request for quotation. Quotes are due to the 55th Contracting Squadron no later than close of business on 29 Oct 04 Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail in a Word, Excel, or PDF format to: shawn.anderson@offutt.af.mil . The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25 This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and small business size standard are 334119, 1000 employees. The government intends to issue a purchase order for the items set forth below. CONTRACTOR MUST BE REGISTERED IN CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) PRIOR TO AWARD.
