Description: This requirement is for contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to replace the existing air handling unit (AHU) located in the mechanical room 269-1F. Existing roof mounted condensing unit to remain, Work includes, but is not limited to, installation of new AHU, concrete pad, controls, ductwork, dampers, piping, valves, conduit, and wiring.
