- RPG04293000624, 1560-01-120-4138, Attenuator in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft P/N 70500-02157-046. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. An "Export control" technical data package exists for this NSN. Technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. This is a definite quantity contract for 1106 each. This solicitationis full and open competition. Delivery is 177 days AFAA at FOB Destination. A Contractor First Article Test is required. Notes 8 and 26 apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be awarded a definite quantity contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
