Description

This solicitation is for the acquisition of price listed items manufactured by or for AxleTech International, cage code 3D6E9. Items solicited are from AxleTech Int'l Parts Price List 2004. The intent is to award one contract for the entire price list with a one year base and four option years. The current price list is dated 06 Jun 2004. Solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil on its issue date of 04 Nov 2004. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. For questions on the content of the solicitation contact the primary point of contact. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 12. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of November 4,2004. Specications,plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years)shall not exceed FIVE years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price,delivery,past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
