Description

Solicitation number HSCG42-05-Q-3WN000. Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision required for Reroofing Building #157 located at the United States Coast Guard Training Center Cape May, New Jersey (Cape May county). In general the work includes but is not limited to the following: demolition of existing loose roofing and roof surface preparation; furnishing and installation of a new SBS Modified roll roofing system; and miscellaneous flashings and accessories. A Bid Bond is not required. A Payment Bond shall be required in the amount of 100% for all quotes over $25,000.00 and shall be submitted within ten (10) calendar days after issuance of notice of award. The performance period shall be sixty (60) calendar days from issuance of notice to proceed. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Government intends to award a firm, fixed-priced contract. Award will be made to the low responsive, responsible offeror whose offer can be deemed fair and reasonable by the contracting activity. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160 with a size standard of $12.0 million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency.
