Description

Contract lodging for use by Submarine Development Squadron Five Detachment (UR&D) personnel, TDY to Groton, CT for a base period of 10 months, with one 1-year option period. Required start date is 01 Dec 2004. This will be a best value procurement action. The requirement is for: (1) 2-bedroom/2 baths and (3) 3-bedroom/2 baths completely furnished with all services included in Groton CT. Desired location should be as close as possible to General Dynamics Electric Boat Corporation in Groton, CT. To include 24 hour maintenance service, washer & dryer in apartment, Self-cleaning oven, microwave, dishware, glasses, silverware, pots & pans, coffee maker, linens, towels, vacuum cleaner, TV, furniture and lamps. Services included: phone service (local), electric bill, cable TV, high speed cable internet, on-site fitness center. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS).
