- Wiesbaden Contracting Center is soliciting competitive proposals for a personal services contract for intelligence operations, including interrogators, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and the Global War on Terrorism. Requirements consist of pr oviding resources and management necessary for Intelligence Support Services (ISS), including, but not limited to, the following functional areas: Interrogation Operations Support; Locally Employed Persons (LEP) Screening; Open Source Intelligence (OSINT); Special Security Office (SSO); Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Support Teams (HST); and Intelligence Support management and support. Anticipated award type is an IDIQ contract with a base and three option years. Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 01 November 2004 with a closing date on or about 01 December 2004.
