Description

Provide all labor, personnel, supplies, vehicles, transportation and equipment necessary to perform Operations and Maintenance Services at Barren River Lake, Kentucky, for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, Louisville, Kentucky. Barren River Lake is located in Barren, Allen, and Monroe Counties, in South Central Kentucky. This 10,000-acre lake is midway between the cities of Glasgow and Scottsville, Kentucky, about 95 miles south of Louisville, KY and 55 miles north of Nashville, TN. Contract performance will be for a total of five years, which is comprised of a one-year base period and one four-year option period. Award of this RFQ will be based on Best Value to the Government, with Technical Ability, Experience, Past Performa nce, Price, and Project Management Plan being the evaluation criteria used to make the award decision. Estimated value of this RFQ is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Scheduled Site Visits and Pre-Proposal Conference will be held. Dates will be po sted on the Louisville District Web Site. This RFQ has an approximate issue date of 21 Oct 2004 and an approximate due date of 22 Nov 2004, 4:00PM Local Time. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS, NAICS 561720 ($14mil).
