Description

The Veterans Medical Center in Hampton Virginia requires a Contractor to provide on-site Radiologist Physician Services?contractor must be Board Certified/Board Eligible Radiologist Physician, in accordance with the statement of work in the solicitation package. Offers, including options, shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency/capability to perform services and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is unrestricted. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621512 is $11.5 Million. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
