Description

ABATEMENT ER/PRIMARY CARE CLINIC: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and qualified supervision necessary to perform the asbestos abatement of the Expand ER/Primary Care Clinic project to include; removal, clean-up and disposal of asbestos containing materials and asbestos contaminated elements in an appropriate regulated area for approximately 3600 square feet of sheet vinyl with mastic, 1670 square feet vinyl asbestos tile and mastic, and approximately 2600 lineal feet of asbestos containing piping insulation associated with plumbing and HVAC systems. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Bids from other than small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Solicitation packages will be available after October 27, 2004. There will be a non-refundable $50.00 bid package fee. Request for solicitation package must be in writing on company letterhead and mailed, along with bid package fee to VA Medical Center Spokane, WA, Attn: Richard Hague (90C), 4815 N Assembly St, Spokane, WA 99205. Bids are due no later than 2:00pm PST on November 30, 2004, in Building #5, Room 107, VA Medical Center Spokane, WA, 4815 N Assembly St, Spokane, WA 99205.
