PRON: AX4T1082XAX, NSN: 4920-01-109-2491, PN: 21C7071G01, Quantity: Min:75 each, Max:127 each, 5 year IDIQ, applicable to the T700( UH-60) Helicopter, F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. The Required delivery with First Article Test is 75 each , 390 days after contract award (DACA), and the required delivery without FAT is 75 each 209 DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, because the government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no techni cal data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. By U.S. law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Sm all Business, therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will be honored. This Acquisition contains data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or The Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 27 51 ET SEQ) or The Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470.
