Description

The Indian Health Service (IHS) will be negotiating exclusively with the University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine, 140 Alcazar Street CHP 218, Los Angeles, CA 90089-9010. The purpose of the contract is for continuation of the principal epidemiological/data evaluation consultation on all IHS, Division of Diabetes Treatment and Prevention (DDTP) data and public health evaluation activities of the Special Diabetes Programs for Indians. These services are essential and will provide the technical guidance necessary to provide the required reports to the U. S. Congress. The Government anticipates in awarding a single fixed price contract for a period of twelve-months commencing on November 17, 2004 and completing on November 16, 2005.
