- Description
- CONTACT Stanley Chan, Electronics Engineer, (732) 532-1862. This is a market survey to locate additional sources for depot level support and repair service for the AN/TSC-156 Phoenix and its components. The Government intends to award a one-year, Ti me and Materials type contract, with four (4) one-year options, for this repair service. The AN/TSC-156 Phoenix terminal is a transportable multi-band, multi-channel TACSAT terminal that operates in the C, X, and Ku bands over commercial and military sate llites (Block 1) with growth to Ka band (Block 2). The Phoenix terminal will provide high-capacity, Inter- and Intra-Theater range extension transport at selected EAC and Corps signal units. The terminal will provide a highly mobile, strategically transp ortable, wide band communications capability and will replace selected AN/TSC-85/93 terminals and complement the AN/TSC-85/93 Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) at designated EAC and Corps signal units and the AN/TSC-154 Extremely High Frequency (EHF) M ILSTAR Secure Mobile Anti-jam Reliable Tactical Terminal (SMART-T). It interoperates with current SHF terminals: TSC-85B/C, TSC-93B/C, TSC-94A, TSC-100A and Ground Mobile Terminal. It can also operate with an external large aperture antenna (Lightweight H igh-Gain X-Band Antenna - LHGXA). The following components of the AN/TSC-156 are candidates for depot repair: NSN 5985-01-521-2206, Controller (Rain and Snow Controller DS-4); NSN 5985-01-521-0938, Antenna Subassembly (C-Band Feed Assembly); NSN 5996-01-5 21-2211, Amplifier, Radio Frequency (LNA C-Band); NSN 5985-01-521-1721, Antenna Subassembly (X-Band Feed Assembly); NSN 5996-01-521-2204, Amplifier, Radio Frequency (LNA X-Band); NSN 5985-01-521-1714, Antenna Subassembly (KU-Band Feed Assembly); NSN 5996-0 1-521-2193, Amplifier, Radio Frequency (LNA KU-Band); NSN 5996-01-520-9570, Amplifier, Radio Frequency (High Power Amplifier); NSN 5895-01-521-4642, Console (Console, CAB); NSN 5895-01-520-9145, Multiplexer Assembly (ETSSP or HUB MUX); NSN 5975-01-520-915 3, Panel Assembly, Patch (RF/IF Patch Panel); NSN 6625-01-521-4690, Analyzer, Spectrum; NSN 5985-01-522-2560, Controller, HPA; NSN 5895-01-521-5437, Satellite Simulator (Satellite Test Translator); NSN 5985-01-521-2208, Controller, Antenna (Antenna Control ler Unit); NSN 5998-01-521-2197, Circuit Card Assembly (Receiver, Beacon); NSN 5895-01-520-9155, Modem, Satellite Data Communication; NSN 5895-01-520-9139, Converter, Frequency, Electronic (L-Band Upconverter); NSN 5895-01-520-9123, Converter, Frequency, E lectronic (L-Band Downconverter); NSN 7021-01-524-2566, Computer, Digital (Computer, Notebook); NSN 7021-01-524-2526, Computer, Digital (Computer, Notebook); NSN 6130-01-520-9803, Power Supply (Inverter, 8KVA); NSN 6130-01-521-0935, Power Supply (UPS); NSN 5895-01-520-9151, Converter, Frequency, Electronic (L to 70 Converter); NSN 5895-01-520-9784, Control, Interface (Remote Control Interface or RCI); NSN 6130-01-520-9796, Power Supply (Inverter, 2KVA); NSN 6110-01-521-0945, Power Distribution Assembly; NSN 5996-01-520-9564, Controller, LNA Power; NSN 5895-01-521-5413, Frequency Distribution Assembly (Frequency Distribution Unit); NSN 6625-01-521-5449, Frequency Standard (Disciplined Frequency Standard); NSN 4940-01-521-0942, Adapter, Voice (Secure Voice Ada pter); NSN 5975-01-521-4691, Panel Assembly, Rear (CDI User 1-3 Signal Entry Panel); NSN 5975-01-521-1726, Panel Assembly, Rear (CDI User 4-6 SEP); NSN N/A, Filter Assembly (Filter Assembly, Non-UPS Power); NSN N/A, Filter Assembly (Filter Assembly, UPS Po wer); NSN 5975-01-521-2187, Panel Assembly (External Antenna SEP); NSN 1670-01-521-1710, Panel Assembly, Rear (NRZ Users T1/E1 Users SEP); NSN 5975-01-521-2243, Panel Assembly, Rear (Utility SEP); NSN 5975-01-521-2203, Panel Assembly, (CAB SEP); NSN 1660-0 1-521-1717, Dehydrator Assembly; NSN 4420-01-521-1716, Heat Exchanger Assembly (ECU Fan Coil, Left); NSN 4520-01-521-5445, Heat Exchanger Assembly (ECU Fan Coil , Right); NSN 4130-01-521-5409, Condenser, Refrigeration (ECU Condenser); NSN 5985-01-521-2201, Antenna Control Unit (Power Drive Unit or Motor Drive Unit); NSN 5975-01-521-2235, Panel Assembly (AC Power Entry Panel); NSN 5975-01-521-2199, Panel Assembly ( DC PEP); NSN 5975-01-521-4640, Panel Assembly; NSN 6120-01-522-2855, Transformer, Power (Deicer Control Unit); NSN 5985-01-520-9792, Controller (Portable Maintenance Unit).
