Carlton, Contracting Officer, FAX 256-955-9310, AMSAM-AC-LS-T, E-mail: floyd.carlton@redstone.army.mil ; PRON: AX4Q0611AX, NSN: 1730-01-521-0805, P/N: DPHK510/CW, Quantity: 50 Each minimum, 450 each maximum, 5-year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract applicable to the 0H-58D with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required delivery without First Article is 50 each 90 da ys after contract award. This item is restricted to ROLIN INDUSTRIES, INC., Cage Code 0UHH0 because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate sp ecifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the d ate of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
