The question that was asked was: "Will GSA/FTS Great Lakes Region consider a PBX-based solution to provide the required services?" The response to the question is as follows: GSA/FTS Great Lakes Region will not consider a PBX-based solution. Each agency listed in solicitation GS05T04BQ0010 has their own telephone system. In addition, some of the agencies also have security issues.
