Description: The United States Government anticipates entering into a sole source procurement with McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, 5000 East McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215-9797 to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis, one (1) Portable Env ironmental Control System (ECS) Servicing Kit, Part Numbet 7-562104100-601. This item shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work attached to the Request for Quote (RFQ). This requirement is under the authority and justification of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c )(1) based on the determination that the USG needs can only be satisfied by one source. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. See notes 22 and 26.
