- MODIFICATION TO PREVIOUS SYNOPSIS: NSN: 8415-01-446-9247(s), Gloves, Flyer?s Intermediate Cold Wet, HAU 15P, Quantity: Base Year 100,000 PR Minimum, 350,000 PR Maximum. Plus three one-year term options Quantity: 60,000 PR Minimum and 350,000 PR Maximum. Multiple awards will be made for this procurement. The awards will be split into 60% and 40%. The 60% portion will be Unrestricted and the 40% portion will be Small Business Set-Aside. This procurement will be utilized using the Best Value method of source selection. Technical proposals submitted are required to include Product Demonstration Models (PDMs), Experience/Past Performance, Socioeconomic, DLA Mentoring Agreement and JWOD Entity Act. Product Demonstration Model Requirement: Two (2) pairs.This shall be in accordance with NAWC/PD 4.6 dated 22 Nov 1996, Deliveries starting 150 days After Date of Award to New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA depots. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. All materials used in the fabrication are to be furnished by the successful bidder. This solicitation will contain DOMESTIC RESTRICTIONS, which means all components and all manufacturing must be obtained/performed within the United States. All contractors MUST be registered in the CCR in order to be eligible for award. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(a)(7) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation or solicitation amendments. Generally, Clothing and Textile items as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7012 and ?specialty metals? (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014) must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies.
