Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award to a sole source the following: Office Secure Terminal Equipment FNBDT STE, Office Terminal NSN 5810-01-459-6441. All terms and conditions required by the Contracting Officer at their discretion and direction are applicable. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Responses to this notice must be submitted within one day after this electronic posting.
