Description

The Social Security Administration intends to negotiate solely with Cincom Systems Inc., 55 Merchant Street, First Floor, Cincinnati OH 45246 Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 ?only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements? to purchase extended technical support for AuroraDS Spell and Text Software for the period 10/01/04 ? 09/30/05. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill this requirement. A solicitation is not available; therefore, written and/or verbal requests for copies of a solicitation related to this announcement will not be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
