Description

In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(1) Establishment of BPAs, Lackland AFB intends to establish BPAs with Guidant and Medtronic for cardiac supplies and cardiac inplantable devices for the Cardiac Catherization Lab at Wilford Hall Medical Center (WHMC), 2200 Bergquist, Lackland AFB, Texas 78236. Given the urgency for cardiac supplies and inplantable devices, going directly to the manufacturers, who have a complete inventory of required items, will ensure that supplies will be provided on an ?as-needed? basis without encountering delays or back orders. The NAICS for this procurement is 423450; size standard is 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation or request for quote is available.
