Description
The FAA, New England Region currently a requirement for the installation of an Instrument Landing System (ILS) to serve Runway 34 at the T.F.Green Airport, Warwick, RI. Work associated with the construction upgrades at this facility includes but is not limited to: site layout by a licensed Rhode Island Land Surveyor, Utility locating, site preparation, excacation, gravel and paved access road/walkway work, concret pull box installation, elelectical cable installation, electrical enclosure installation, electrical grounding and antenna array equipment assembly. Solicitation packages including technical specifications and drawings will be available on or about 04 October 2004 for a non-refundable fee of $50.00 made payable to the Federal Aviation Administration. All requests shall be in writing and mailed to Susan Newcomb, FAA, 12 New England Executive Park, Burlington, MA 01803. Estimated price range $100,000 - $250,000. Performance and payment bonds are required. This project is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. NAICS 238210 - $12 million.
