Description

This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to ISI Thompson Scientific, 3501 Market St, Philadelphia, Pa 19104 for Science Citation Index Expanded and Social Sciences Citation Index, backfile 1989-1998, online database. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a soliciation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. See Note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in note 22. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is in accordan ce with FAR 13.106-1(b) only one source is reasonably available as Thompson Scientific/ISI is the publisher.
