Description

This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Innovative Interfaces Inc, 5850 Shellmound Way, Emerville, CA 94608, for upgrade to 2PAC Innovative SUN Microsystems Pl atform/Turnkey configuration with HW-RAID Level 5. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effor in writing to the designated rep resentative. See Note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in note 22. Responses to this notice must be received within two (2) calendar days of the date of this notice via email to Linda.Napolitano@usma.edu A determination by the Government not to com pete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) only one source is reasonable available due to INNOPAC turnkey library system.
