Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under the number FA4452-04-Q-A395. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. The AMC Contracting Flight plans to issue a purchase order under the test program described in FAR 13.5 for the contractor to provide the following Brand Name: 110 each Netscreen 5XTE; One Year Next-Day Support for N5XTE. Delivery and next-day support are to be coordinated with the Government. FOB destination is required. Deliverables must be shipped, accepted by the Government, and invoiced by 30 Sep 04. Priority shipping may be required and must be included in your proposed price. Ship to HQ AMC/A67C (Gates Program), Mr. Bill Hickman, 861 South Dr, Room 300D, Scott AFB, IL 62225. Email Diane Weber for a copy of the Line Item Diagram and provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification ? Commercial Items. The provision at 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification ? Commercial Items, with their offer.
