Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) FA8604-04-R-6138. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24 effective 19 Jul 2004 + Class Deviation 2004-o0001 and DFARS Change Notice 20040917. The following clauses and provisions apply: FAR 52.204-7, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5, and DFARS 252.204-7004 Alternate A. This procurement is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1 to Roscor Corporation of Mount Prospect IL, the designer, developer, and exclusive supplier of the Matrox Info Net Messaging System that can satisfy the government requirements to upgrade the Commander?s Access Channel System. This procurement will be for the Matrox Info Net System to include installation and training. This RFQ has the following line item: CLIN Description QTY 0001 Matrox Info Net Messaging System 1 lot to include installation and training. DESCRIPTION: Matrox Info Net Messaging System FOB Destination Ship to: WPAFB OH 45433. Proposals shall be received at ASC/PKWIS, Attn: Estelle Staine, 1940 Allbrook Dr, Suite 3, Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433-5309, or by facsimile at (937) 257-6390 by 4:00 PM EST 28 September 04.
