Description: The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, and associated labor necessary to perform maintenance of electrical system for U.S. Government Sidetrack Nos. 342/343 Tsurumi (Kanagawa-ken) and stoppage of electricity at U.S. Government Sidetrack No. 339 Taura (Kanagawa-ken). This is a sole source requirement to Japan Freight Railway Company (JFRC). NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
