Description: The 89th Contracting Squadron, Andrews Air Force Base, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Kustom Signals, Inc. for the purchase of direction sensing radar equipment to be used by Security Forces personnel at Andrews AFB. The result will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiations will be conducted using other than full and open competition pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(1). All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. The 89th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source contract one (1) business day after publication of this notice.
