This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as requested for quotation (RFQ)# F5346A41880200. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24, Effective 19 Jul 04. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this acquisition is 423430 and the small business size standard is 500 employees.
