Description

One advanced polymer analyzer. The advanced process analyzer must characterize and measure the viscoelastic properties of thermoset polymers and elastomers before, during, and after cure. Must have advanced temperature control system to allow for measurements under isothermal or programmed non-isothermal conditions. The test parameters include temperatures ranging from 40 degrees C to 230 degrees C, oscillation frequency 2 ? 2000 cpm, and oscillation amplitude +/- 0.05 to +/- 90 degrees arc. Unit must be complete with advanced polymer analyzer operating software and rubber process analyzer software, computer, color monitor, and color printer.
