- The 305th Contracting Squadron, McGuire AFB, NJ, intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with L-3 Communications, 1 Federal Street, Camden, NJ, 08103, for STE-III phones. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the basis of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document. Requests for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within two (2) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. Delivery shall be completed within nine (9) months after award. The NAICS Code is 334290 with a size standard of 500 employees.
