Description: A brief synopsis of work will consist of constructing a new channel to pass water from the East to the West, that has a equalizing structure through it. Removal silt and old berms, fill three pits and one old channel and remove all trees in the area. Estimated quantities are: Removal of water - 2,195 - 1000 gals; Excavation, common - 48,498 CuYds; Earth Fill, Class C Compaction - 10,287 CuYds; Concrete (Class 4000) 0.5 CuYds; Plastic Pipe (15" dia) SDR26 - 66 LinFt; Perf. Risers (15" dia) SDR 26 - 2 Each. The above work when completed will restore a wetland site to provide both upland and shallow water areas for plant and wildlife habitat.
