Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (non-personal services) prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR FAC 2001-20. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and is issued as a Request for Quotation. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Solicitation Number is FA4809-05-Q-0502. The NAICS code 332999 applies to this solicitation. The size standard is 500 employees. The item description is as follows: 0001 Purchase and install a 107 foot x 12 foot high linear security fence including freight and installation. Quantity 1 each. 0002 Purchase 25 flush floor cabinets that measure 96 inches high x 60 inches wide x 48 inches deep. (cabinets must be made of solid steel 1 ? inch angle iron uprights with lag feet. Must also include metal sides, double doors in angle iron frames with estended metal. Doors will be supplied with padlock has and staple. Interior should have perforated angle with three adjustable shelves. Top adjustable shelf will be 61 inches maximum height. Will include solid 14 gage steel back. Unit must be all welded with durable gray powder coat finish. Must include freight and installation.) NOTE: This equipment is being used to create an upstairs to an existing warehouse, it is critical for contractors to attend the site visit to ensure measurements are correct.
