- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2001-24. This solicitation is being issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 421410 and the Business Size Standard is $5,000,000.00 dollar threshold. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. Brand Name Only.
