- This is a synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR SUBPART 5.207 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice and solicitation. The solicitation for Rental and Servicing of Portable Toilets will be posted NLT 22 September 2004. The Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center/Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command, Twentynine Palms, CA. intends to award a competitive Fixed Price contract for a Base Year + 4 Option Years. Option Years shall be sequentially determined and exercised solely at the discretion of the Government. All services will be performed on MCAGCC/MAGTFTC. The solicitation is presented in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items), FAR 13.5 (Test Program for Certain Commercial Items), and the most current provisions and clauses through the Federal Acquisition Circulars 2001-24. NAICS is 562991, SIC is 7359, Size Standard is $6M, DPAS rating is DO-S10, and FSC is 4540. See evaluati! on factors and quotation submission in solicitation requirements. A FILLED-IN/COMPLETED PROVISION 52.212-3 "OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS COMMERCIAL ITEMS" MUST ACCOMPANY QUOTATION PACKAGE. All RFQ packages must be received by 4:30 PM PST on Monday 27 September 2004 to be considered. NO FACSIMLE QUOTATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
