Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; USA INSC OM intends to award on a sole source basis to DRS Signal Solutions of Gaithersburg MD for 2 each SI-9915-2-UVME Receiver Equipment Frame, installation, 2 each SI-8616-2/BW2 Digital Receivers and 1 each Digital HF Receiver WJ8711A. This equipment formerly W atkins-Johnson Co products (now part of DRS Signal)must integrate 100% with existing fielded equipment and substitution of other equipment is not acceptable due to 100% integration with no degradation requirement.
