Description

The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB AL, intends to award, on a sole source basis, for maintenance services of the ATN Audio Bridge located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH, for FY 05. The Government intends to award a purchase order to Anaya, Inc., 5440 Millstream Road, McLeansville NC 27301, for maintenance coverage for the period 1 Oct 04 through 30 Sep 05, if funds are available. Avaya, Inc. is the only source that can provide the maintenance service because the equipment is proprietary to Avaya, Inc. This acquisition is in accordance with FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. A solicitation will not be issued. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
