- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued under the number ASN88842230100. The document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in affect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22&23. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) plans to issue a purchase order under the test program described in FAR 13.5 for the contractor to provide the following items: 4 ea - SSOCx-D Sunrise Ocx-D; 4 ea - SSOCx-FC-3 Optical Connectors; 4 ea - SWOCx-H ATM Analysis; 4ea - SWOCx-I ATM Analysis; 4ea - SWOCx-J ATM Analysis; 4ea - SWOCx-K ATM Analysis; 4ea - SS101 - Carry Case; 4ea - SS115D- Din 8 to DB9 Printer Cable. Delivery is no later than 30 Sep04 to the address: Receiving Officer, SPAWAR System Center San Diego, 53560 Hull Street, San Diego, CA 92152-5001 in the quantities listed above. Information shall be provided in a format that reflects the price per item and total contract price. Total cost shall include all shipping and handling. The provision at 52.212-1, Instruction to Offeror, Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Award will be made on an all-or-none basis with only one award made to the lowest price offeror who meets the requirement for all line items. Offerors are required to submit a complete copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification, Commercial Items, with their offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
