Description
This announcement is being amended to allow for multiple Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) awards to be issued from this announcement. In addition to the A-E IDC in support of Fort Drum as outlined in the original announcement, an A-E IDC for Picat inny Arsenal will also be selected. The title of the Picatinny contract is: IDC M-800 for General Architect-Engineer services within the NY District boundaries, primarily at Picatinny Arsenal. Those firms that submit by the original closing date of 22 Sep 2004 will be considered for IDCs, Drum and Picatinny. Those firms that submit by 1 Oct 2004 will be considered only for the Picatinny IDC. All firms are to use the same information shown in the FedBizOps Solicitation Number 04-236-0006 IDC M-400 (DRUM) except for the following additional criteria pertain to the Picatinny IDC only, in addition to the criteria in the original Fed Biz Ops Soli citation: 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The approximate award date is March 2005 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: Firms should have the ability to design buildings using Anti-Terrorism/Anti Explosive safety measures 3. SELECTION CRITERIA: Primary Selection Criteria: Item a. Specialized experience and technical competence: Demonstrated experience in Anti-Terrorism/Anti Explosive safety design capabilities. Demonstrated relevant project experience with: Army TM 5-853-1. Security Engineering Project Development 12 May 94; Army TM 5-853-2. Security Engineering Concept Design 12 May 94; Army TM 5-853-3. Security Engineering Final Design 12 May 94. Item e. Knowledge of the locality in the general geographical area of Picatinny Arsenal and the NY District, provided that application of this criterion leaves an appropriate number of qualified firms, given the nature and size of the project. Note: Fir ms are encouraged to submit from any geographical area. 4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Limit Resumes in Section F of the SF 330 to 1 page per person.
