TTHE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO CHANGE THE CLOSING DATE FROM 24 SEPT 2004 TO NOON 12:00 P.M. 21 SEPT 2004. Tis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-04-T-5015, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 137th SWS at the Colorado Air National Guard, Greeley Colorado is requesting following item: 1 EACH, OPTIFIBER PRO INSPECTOR LL OF-500-35.
