- The 375th Contracting Squadron, Scott AFB IL, intends to award a sole source requirement, for a quantity of one (1) MobSim/SimViewer License to the Manufacturer, Alion Science and Technology. The performance period is 01 Oct 04 through 30 Sep 05. The license is used in a Joint Staff directed analyses, Operational Availability 05 (OA05) - part of the OA and MCS studies and the impact on supporting aerial refueling and airlift requirements at en route locations and theater bed down locations. Alion holds the copyright and the only known company that can provide the required support.
