- The Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center Augusta, GA (VISN 7), contemplates negotiation of a sole source procurement with Integrated Voice Solutions, 243 Signal Mountain Road, Suite H, Chattanooga, TN 37405 to provide maintenance and support on VoiceCare support program and 40-line nurse communication system for the VA Medical Center Atlanta, GA. The Performance Period will be October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004 plus 4 Option Years. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 811219 with a standard size of $6 million. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 10 days after publication of this synopsis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature, detailing how their products/services meet VA requirements, to the Contracting Officer or by FAX (478) 274-5609. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Request for Quotation will be issued on or about September 18, 2004.
